Thank you for a really really nice stay. The hotel is fairly clean, provides with pet-friendly and beautifully maintained rooms. Thanks to all excellent and efficient staff. The location is ideal and wonderful, 1 mile from Car. Plus it's set in the downtown area. Attached restaurant is excellent in the mornings for breakfast.

It's just a few steps from Bisbee City Park and the good cafes and galleries nearby, made wandering the town so enjoyable.

I booked through your website and it states breakfast included. The hotel did not honor this. The reception desk did not attempt to rectify this in any way. They were short and rude... not one smile and just short.
